This is the culmination of adigitalintergenerational project; where young people have createdan appdesigned for the very young to play. Teenagers have steeredthedesign, UX, coding & music. Early years children providedtheartwork and voices for the app.The project was facilitated by Hippotrix with David Trouton amusicspecialist.The teenagers were part of West Lothian Youth Action Project andtheearly years children were from Toronto Nursery. The projectwasfunded by Creative Scotland’s Time To Shine Digital Fundandmanaged by West LothianCouncil’s Community Arts.Workshops for the young people included design, coding,musicproduction, sound recording and software testing. Experienceandskills gained included: teamwork, digital awareness,softwaredevelopment and confidence in music production.
